This study tests whether taking Kelulut honey daily for one month can reduce itchy, red, watery eyes and dry eye symptoms in adults with allergic conjunctivitis. Researchers will compare the honey to a placebo syrup in 72 participants, measuring tear film stability and eye cell health.
