Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called KDT-3594 in 150 people with advanced Parkinson's disease who still have movement problems despite taking levodopa. Participants take the drug or a placebo daily for 17 weeks. The goal is to see if KDT-3594 can improve motor function and daily living during 'on' times without increasing side effects.
