This study tests a new drug called KC1036 combined with standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy as a first treatment for people with advanced or recurrent esophageal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 60 adults aged 18 to 75 who have not had prior treatment for this stage will receive the combination. The goal is to see if the combo shrinks tumors and delays cancer growth, while monitoring side effects.
