Summary
This study tested a new extended-release tablet called K-877 in 121 adults with high triglycerides (a type of blood fat). Participants took the drug once daily for 52 weeks, starting at a low dose and increasing if needed. The goal was to see if the drug safely lowers triglyceride levels over the long term.
