First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether a new drug called JY09 works better than the existing drug dulaglutide for controlling blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. About 600 adults whose diabetes is not well managed by metformin alone will receive either JY09 or dulaglutide as an add-on treatment. The main goal is to see how much HbA1c (a measure of average blood sugar) drops after 26 weeks.
