Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called JY016 in people with advanced solid tumors that have a protein called EGFR on their cells. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 228 adults with cancers like lung, pancreatic, or colorectal cancer will take part.
