Juggling study seeks best way to learn – no medical benefit
NCT ID NCT07528924
First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at two different methods for learning juggling: throwing balls in the air versus bouncing them off the floor. About 200 college students will practice one method for four weeks, then switch to the other. Researchers will measure juggling performance and also explore mood, hand strength, and thinking skills. The goal is to understand which teaching approach works better, not to treat any disease.
