Summary
This early-phase study tests a new oral drug called JTE-162 in 5 adults with CAPS, a rare genetic condition causing fever, rash, and joint pain. Participants take the drug once daily for 2 weeks to see if it reduces inflammation and symptoms. The goal is to check safety and how well the drug works, but it is not a cure.
