First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 20, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called JSKN033 in 160 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be cured. JSKN033 combines two drugs: one targets HER2 on cancer cells, and the other helps the immune system attack the tumor. The goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors and to check for side effects.
