New hope for advanced esophageal cancer: JS212 combo trial launches

Summary
This study tests a new combination therapy called JS212 in people with advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 280 adults aged 18 to 75 who have not had prior systemic therapy will take part.
