New hope for lung cancer patients whose targeted therapy has failed
NCT ID NCT06868836
First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new drug called JS207, which targets two proteins (PD-1 and VEGF) that help cancer grow, in combination with other treatments. It is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific gene change and has stopped responding to targeted therapy (TKI). About 78 participants will receive either JS207 plus chemotherapy or JS207 plus another experimental drug (JS212). The goal is to see if these combinations can shrink tumors and how safe they are.
