Summary
This study tests whether a new tablet called JS1-1-01 can safely reduce depression symptoms in adults with moderate to severe depression. About 180 people aged 18 to 65 will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the drug lowers scores on a standard depression rating scale.
