New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat pancreatic cancer

Summary

This study tests a new drug called JPI-547 combined with standard chemotherapy for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 71 adults with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer will take part.
