Summary
This study tests a new medicine called JP-1366 for people with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (NERD), a type of chronic heartburn where the esophagus looks normal. About 321 adults will take the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces days with heartburn. The goal is to find a safe and effective way to ease symptoms.
