Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called JNJ-89862175 in people with advanced solid tumors (lung, kidney, ovarian, or uterine cancers that have spread). The goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects. About 360 participants will take part in two phases: first to find the right dose, then to confirm safety at that dose.
