First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug (JNJ-87801493) combined with immune-boosting T-cell engagers in about 70 people whose B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma has returned or not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. This is not a cure; it aims to control the disease in people with few options left.
