Summary
This study tests a new drug, JMKX001899, against standard chemotherapy (docetaxel) in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. Participants must have already tried at least one prior treatment. The goal is to see if the new targeted therapy works better and has fewer side effects.
