Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety of a single injection called JL15003 in adults whose aggressive brain cancer (glioblastoma) had returned after standard treatment. The main goal was to find the highest dose patients could tolerate without severe side effects. Researchers also looked for early signs that the treatment might help control the cancer.
