NCT ID NCT06899282

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a teaching method called the jigsaw technique helps nursing students learn more about preventing and managing pressure ulcers (bedsores). 62 senior nursing students took part; one group learned using the jigsaw method, while the other had a traditional lecture. The researchers measured students' knowledge, attitudes, and confidence before, right after, and 6 weeks after the training. The goal was to see if the jigsaw method leads to better learning and more positive attitudes toward pressure ulcer care.
