New drug combo targets tough cancers with KRAS mutation

Summary
This study tests a drug called JDQ443, alone or with other treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific KRAS G12C mutation. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. About 344 adults with lung, colorectal, or other cancers who have tried standard treatments will take part.
