Summary

This is the first study in people testing an experimental pill called JBZ-001 for advanced solid tumors and blood cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand how the body processes the drug. Researchers will enroll about 25 adults with specific advanced cancers to test increasing doses and look for early signs that the drug might help.
