Summary
This study tests a wearable device called Japet.W+ that gently stretches the lower back to help people with long-lasting (over 6 weeks) mechanical low back pain. About 60 adults will be split into two groups: one gets standard rehab, the other uses the device plus rehab. Researchers will measure pain, medication use, mobility, fear of movement, quality of life, and anxiety to see if the device offers extra relief.
