First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug, JANX014, in 43 men with a hard-to-treat type of prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy and chemotherapy. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose, while also looking for signs that it might shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. Participants must have tried at least one anti-androgen and one chemotherapy, or be unable to take chemotherapy.
