Summary
This study will check how safe and effective JAKAVI (ruxolitinib) is for patients with graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a condition that can occur after a stem cell transplant. About 395 people will take part, and researchers will track infections and other side effects. The goal is to see how well the drug works in real-world use.
