Summary

This study looks at two types of drugs—JAK inhibitors and calcineurin inhibitors—as first treatments for lung scarring (interstitial lung disease) caused by antisynthetase syndrome. Researchers want to see which drug better improves lung function and helps people live longer over 12 months. The study will enroll 80 adults aged 18 to 75 who have not taken these drugs before.
