Scientists test gene therapy approach for rare immune diseases in lab

NCT ID NCT07261891

Summary

This study aims to understand how JAK inhibitor drugs affect immune cells in people with rare genetic immune disorders. Researchers will examine blood samples from 20 adult participants to see how these drugs change cell behavior and test whether a gene therapy approach might work in the lab. This is early-stage research to gather information, not a treatment trial.
