New combo therapy aims to tame bone marrow cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding a new drug (ulixertinib) to the standard treatment (ruxolitinib) is safe and effective for people with myelofibrosis, a type of bone marrow cancer. About 37 adults who are already on a stable dose of ruxolitinib will take part. The goal is to find the best dose of ulixertinib that causes few side effects and to see if the combination helps control the disease.
