Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (ixazomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone) in people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to see if this new mix can control the cancer and how safe it is. About 52 adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma are taking part.
