First seen May 25, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether combining the experimental drug ivoximab with the chemotherapy temozolomide is safe and effective for people whose glioma (a type of brain tumor) has come back or stopped responding to treatment. About 29 adults will receive the drug combination and be monitored for tumor shrinkage and side effects. The goal is to find a better option for this difficult-to-treat condition.
