Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and finding the right dose of two drugs, ivosidenib and ruxolitinib, when used together. It is for adults with advanced forms of certain blood cancers that have a specific genetic change (IDH1 mutation). The main goal is to see if the combination is safe and tolerable, while also checking for early signs that it might help control the disease.
