Summary
This study tested the drug ivosidenib as a maintenance therapy to prevent relapse in people with IDH1-mutated blood cancers (like AML, MDS, or CMML) after a stem cell transplant. 18 adults aged 18-75 took part. The goal was to find the safest dose and see if it could help keep the cancer from coming back.
