Summary
This study tests an oral drug called ivosidenib in 30 adults with IDH1-mutated cancers who also have liver or kidney problems. The goal is to see how the drug behaves in the body and if it is safe. Participants take the drug daily in 28-day cycles and have regular blood tests and checkups.
