Summary
This study followed 8 adults in Germany with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have a specific IDH1 mutation and cannot receive standard chemotherapy. They were treated with a combination of ivosidenib and azacitidine. The main goal was to measure their quality of life during treatment, along with how well the drugs worked and any side effects.
