New Two-Pronged attack on tough gynecologic cancers

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called ivonescimab can help control advanced endometrial (uterine) or cervical cancer that has continued to grow after standard platinum-based chemotherapy. The drug is designed to work in two ways at once by targeting both the PD1 and VEGF pathways, which are involved in cancer growth and immune evasion. Researchers will enroll about 50 participants to see how well the drug shrinks tumors and how safe it is for people with these specific cancers.
