Summary
This study tests a drug called ivonescimab, given alone or with chemotherapy, before and after surgery for people with a certain type of lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer) that can be removed. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors before surgery and prevent them from coming back, while reducing side effects by using less chemotherapy in some patients. About 66 adults with stage II-IIIB lung cancer will take part.
