New drug combo aims to boost immune attack on tough lung cancer

Summary
This study tests a new drug called ivonescimab, which helps the immune system fight cancer and blocks tumor blood vessel growth. About 60 adults with advanced small cell lung cancer who haven't had treatment will get ivonescimab plus standard chemo. The goal is to find the best dose and see how well it works and what side effects occur.
