Summary
This study tests a new drug called Ivonescimab for people with non-small cell lung cancer who need surgery. The drug is given before surgery to shrink tumors and make them easier to remove. The study compares Ivonescimab to standard treatments and looks at how well it works and why it might be better. About 80 people are taking part.
