Summary
This study tests a new pill, ivarmacitinib, in 60 adults with palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP), a chronic skin condition causing painful blisters on hands and feet. Participants take one 4mg pill daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure how well it reduces symptoms and track side effects like infections or stomach issues.
