Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, ITX24-01, for safety in 32 adults with severe chronic neck or lower back pain caused by facet joints. Participants receive a single injection of the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable, and to gather early information on pain relief.
