New device aims to ease prostate troubles with fewer side effects

Summary
This study tests the safety of a temporary implant called iTind against the UroLift system for men with an enlarged prostate causing urinary symptoms. About 206 men aged 50 and older will take part. The goal is to see which device causes fewer complications while improving symptoms and quality of life.
