Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called ISM3412 in about 80 adults whose advanced solid tumors have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants must have a specific genetic marker (MTAP deletion) in their cancer.
