New hope for myeloma patients: umbrella trial explores smarter drug combos

Summary
This study is for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. It tests a drug called isatuximab combined with other new drugs, with or without dexamethasone, to see if these combinations work better than the current standard. About 258 adults who have already tried at least two prior treatments will take part. The goal is to find safer and more effective options to control the disease.
