New cocktail aims to tame Hard-to-Treat myeloma

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (isatuximab, belantamab mafodotin, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone) in 50 adults with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease. Participants must have measurable disease and be in adequate health.
