New hope for lung cancer patients after failed treatment

Summary

This study tests a drug called iruplinalkib in people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (ALK-positive) that has stopped responding to a previous treatment called lorlatinib. The goal is to see how well iruplinalkib controls the cancer and what side effects occur. About 20 adults will take part, and the results will help doctors make better treatment choices.
