Summary
This study looked at whether a preservative-free eye gel called IRIDIUM® could help people with glaucoma or high eye pressure who also have dry eye. Participants were already using multiple eye drops for at least six months. The goal was to see if the gel could reduce dry eye symptoms and improve quality of life. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
