First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at three techniques for removing a tiny bit of enamel between teeth to make room during clear aligner (like Invisalign) treatment. Seventy-five adults will be randomly assigned to one of three methods: manual strips, motor-driven strips, or abrasive discs. The main goal is to see which method is most accurate at removing the planned amount of enamel, and the study also checks gum health around the treated teeth after six weeks.
