Summary

This early-phase study tests an experimental oral drug called IPG7236 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 196 adults will take the drug twice daily in 28-day cycles.
