Summary
This study tested a new oral drug called INS018_055 in adults with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), a disease that causes lung scarring. The main goal was to check the drug's safety and how well it was tolerated over 12 weeks compared to a placebo. Researchers also measured changes in lung function to see if the drug could help slow the disease.
