Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called IOS-1002, alone or with pembrolizumab, in about 140 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose. Researchers will also look for signs that the drug shrinks tumors.
