First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether one session of Basic Body Awareness Therapy (BBAT) can improve how people sense and feel their bodies, compared to just listening to a lecture. Sixty physiotherapy students will take part, filling out questionnaires and body charts before and after. The goal is to understand how BBAT affects body awareness and well-being, and to find patterns that could help future patients.
